ABOUT ME

I have recently returned from a 3 month holiday in Europe/ Morocco. In order to beat the post holiday blues I am trying to stay as busy as possible I would also love to meet travellers to keep my travelling experience going!
I have travelled a fair amount so far. I consider travel a life long journey, something I would like to do for a few months every couple of years. So far this has been do- able.
I would consider myself an open, friendly person although I do love my quiet time.

PHILOSOPHY

I try and treat the world and everyone in it with respect and care. That said I am not a vegetarian. Yet.

I am available for coffee/ drink. I also have a comfy couch to offer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Barn surfing in an old barn in the Spanish countryside was excellent. I was fed rabbit stew cooked cooked on a wood fire.

Interests

Learning about other people and their lives, my community, bike riding, yoga, travelling, cooking and definitely eating. Sitting in cafes drinking coffee whilst crowd watching is a favourite. I like beers and scrabble in the park on warm sunny days. I love gardening and the idea of growing food and living sustainably- unfortunately I was born with a brown thumb as opposed to a green thumb! I like art galleries, big huge libraries, seeing live theatre. I like being with my family and my friends and enjoy discussions and learning new things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-I walked across Spain. My dream is to do a big walk on every continent.
-Watched the sun rise over the Sahara Dessert in Morocco
-Went to a Moroccan bath house- probably the most interesting experience
-Watched a cow being born. Wow.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can make you a worm farm. I am also I good cook and make a fantastic chocolate cake!
