CURRENT MISSION
"To be a 'monument' to myself one day..."
ABOUT ME
I'm sure it would be along the lines of, "Shelley is a very friendly and open person. Always honest and always willing to listen and have a good discussion." Also very easy to get along with and open palms to new cultures, new people, new places. -Michelle Burger
PHILOSOPHY
You can only be as happy as you are grateful.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Interests
I have a passion for cycling, I have a little purple Bianchi that gets me around town just fine. Bike lanes are "medicine" for busy cities. I grew up with horses and since I can't fit one in my apartment I have the next best thing, an Italian Greyhound. He is full grown at ten pounds and gallops just like a little horse, his name is Emilio Estevez, the dog, not too be confused with the famous actor...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traipsing the streets of Seattle and Portland are amongst the coolest things I've done. When I travel, I don't like to do "touristy" things. I like to simply soak up the energy around me. Walking, pubs, coffee shops, hiking, cycling and libraries are my favorites.
