ABOUT ME

Hey there, I'm Shelley. I am bubbly, upbeat and I love to have a laugh! I like to spend my free time outside in the sunshine with friends and family (and sometimes alone too!), people watching, hiking, skiing, bike ridign, taking photos, being a foodie, trying new beers and wine, playing pool (and being a real fluke!), film, music, reading, dancing and enjoying deep and meaningful (and sometimes ridiculous) banter! I love travelling and meeting new people - especially in the unconventional/unexpected way. The most exciting thing in the world to me is arriving in a new city with nothing but the bag on my back and then finding my feet, whether that be for a few days to explore or as part of a big move to live and work!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed a few couches over the years though I haven't been able to host anyone because I have been travelling or living in share houses. Couchsurfing is a great organisation and I have always had a positive experience!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed often over the past two years, when I backpacked through Europe and also while travelling in Canada and USA.

I am extremely easy going, flexible, mature and respectful so all of my couch surfing experiences have been really enjoyable! I am clean, neat and organised. I love to cook and chat so I often provide nice company for the host :-)

Interests

I love cooking, photography, health and nutrition, keeping fit and relaxation, yoga and meditation. I love trying new sports, seeing live music, theatre and film.
