My name is Shelly and I wonder while I wander. I practice yoga daily, heal energy and am constantly open to learning, living and loving every moment. I strive to live intuitively grounded in integrity. You can often find me in a headstand because I go upside down to feel right side up. When not inverted, I enjoy writing, live music, outdoor adventures, hammocks and hugs.
