I'm from South Africa and Travelling has always been a huge passion and a natural part of my life. When I was younger I developed a great interest in learning about people’s habits and language, since it’s truly fascinating to learn about other cultures. South Africa has 11 official languages and I can speak 6 of those languages fluently.

I studied a Bachelors in Marketing Management when I was in South Africa and I'm currently studying economics here. I have been living in the states for one year now and I came here to study but mostly to travel because I don’t get to travel as much as I’d like, but I have been trying my best to see as many states as I can in my free time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

America is huge and it has so much diversity it is only to be expected that the cultural diversity is vast and that is exactly why I am on here. We associate memories with the people we have met along the way and I want to meet as many new people as I can and share my journey with them. We have something called "Ubuntu" in South Africa and I feel like that's what couch surfing is all about and I would love to one day host some Americans in South Africa.

Interests

I'm a really outgoing person and enjoy being outdoors a lot with friends and family. I used to play touch rugby, tennis and netball( you will probably have to google that one) but now a days I enjoy watching a good Rugby game or even a bit soccer. I am also more inclined to the fun, the fabulous things in life and if I am not working I'm planning my next trip.
