About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Breaking the rules, not settling down, breaking out of my comfort zone, living life backwards and fully!

ABOUT ME

I am a thirty 20 something year old who is forever curious and seeking to live the road less travelled.
Have lived in London most of my life and come from a crazy, whacky traditional but amazing massive bengali family.
Love to get out there and explore other cultures and share mine too.
I love to have great debates over almost anything though I am not the type who will stand my ground till I am shot down! Just convince me...
Love meeting new people and getting to know about their quirks and all.
Rebellious but open minded, flighty but accommodating, enthusiastic and energetic but can easily have a lazy day strolling with lots of pick me up cups of tea or coffee particularly from Spain, Italy or Portugal- addictive!

PHILOSOPHY

And in the sweetness of friendship let there be laughter and the sharing of pleasures. For in the dew of little things the heart finds its morning and is refreshed.
Kahlil Gibran
Live your life as you want to.
You know what hurts so don't do it to your self or others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I am on a mission to do it my way I also want to meet lots of people who do it their way.
Think thats a far better way of existence then living in a little bubble!
At the moment I am traveling through and would share with people my company, my attempts at making a great curry, my attempts at being good at something....

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None whatsoever as I write this but coming from a family of 8 know how to squabble over having the right side of the bed, divide the room, be on the far side of the door...
Basically I am a dream surfer and hopefully one day a great host!

Interests

Top 3 things that make me happy

1. Meeting Interesting people
2. Desserts
3. A great dance off

Try everything once as long as i know that I will survive a day longer to try the next thing!
Things that i have tried and stuck out (because I think i am pretty good at them) Dancing, yoga, running, baking yummy cakes.

Things that i would love to carry on with but am pretty crap at (maybe you could help if you are better then me) swimming, cycling, playing the guitar, learning spanish or Portuguese.

Things that you will tell me to stop doing- singing -anywhere!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing how happy, kind and warm a family of 6 can be even when they are living on one persons salary in a two bedroom shack in the middle of unknown and remote village in Bangladesh.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am told that I am funny so hopefully I can make you laugh - though I think my jokes are crap!!
I am happy to share any skills that you think I am good at and that you may need - wanna learn how to cook a curry?
I can meet you for a coffee in Madrid/London or anywhere else in the world if you just want company or are a little of your best friends!
