I had a gap year during my university life for traveling around the whole China, and then I found traveling is not that amazing after I visiting several countries in Asia. I thought traveling is just for fun and killing time to most of people, they can not get a lot from that.

Then I thought " living in a local place for a long time" may be the ANSWER.

You can get the KEY only if you spend enough time in the certain culture, and go deep to it.
And then, make it valuable.
