Présentation
À propos de moi
I'm a third year Engineering student at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Born and bred in my baking hot tropical country, I have a low tolerance to the cold but will never forgo a running or gym session. Growing up with Enid Blyton and Steve Toltz, I went through a phase in which I really wanted to accumulate the life stories of people from around the world. My daydream involves publishing my own magazine. Currently on an exchange to Berkeley, California for a whole year, I would vouch for a global learning experience any time.
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is one of the best places to drown yourself in another's culture. Apart from living, breathing and talking to the locals, it gives you an authentic feel of the place. Honestly, too, it is cost efficient and you get access to places hotels do not reach - the non-touristy, less-known places.
Centres d'intérêt
Even though I'm an Engineering student, writing, photography and visiting museums interest me a lot more. The first few attractions I look for in a place would be #1 Museums, #2 Parks and #3 Bookstores. Apart from those, anything fitness related (such as hitting the gym, cycling, hiking) would definitely get me excited. I guess another huge point would be talking - with people, to people, over meals.
