Grew up in Siberia. Was it cold? Least to say, yes. Damn cold. But one thing that keeps people warm is inner warmth and geniality. Nope, not vodka. People from there may seem to be tough and grumpy. Yes, at first. But when they know you better, they will open up and you'll see how big their hearts are.
