Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined couch surfing in hopes of meeting people who are local to where I will be traveling. I want to know what they do in their towns or cities, and what I need to do or see in the short time that I will be there. I also think it's beneficial for everyone to meet people from all over the world, I believe those connections can go a long way.
