Inicié escribiendo los apartados abajo... porque todo ello también soy yo! Una mujer cisbi joven que tiene muchos gustos intereses y conocimientos. Asimismo, como suelen presentarse algunas personas: soy una persona trabajadora, actualmente me dedico a la comunicación y la educación en una universidad privada y grande de Lima, trabajé por muchos años en el Ministerio de Cultura dictando talleres sobre antiracismo. Pertenezco a una organización de mujeres y disidencias que promueven el desarrollo integral de las mismas.
Asimismo, pertenezco a dos org. internacionales que promueven el empoderamiento de la mujer y un mundo más equitativo y justo, 'Pazos Arte de mujer'!

I started writing the sections below... because all of this is also me! A young bi woman who has many interests, and knowledge. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Porque creo mucho en las comunidades internacionales, en los ciudadanos del mundo, en el buen vivir, en el redistribuir más, en compartir y aprender del otro, en nuestras propias realidades. Me gustaría mucho poder ayudar a quien lo necesite, e intercambiar de sus formas de existir, sus conocimientos y emociones. De la misma forma, sé que puedo ofrecer lo mismo; y que así, somos varios.

Además, quisiera continuar viajando más fuera de mi país, y que el tema del hospedaje no sea una preocupación, sino un incentivo!

Music, Movies, and Books

ufffff es infinito! realmente amo la música... inicié reconociendo esto mediante el rock... pero me di cuenta que también los soundtracks de mi adolescencia me hicieron muy felices, tanto en películas como series. Ya de adulta reconocí que tengo un vínculo muy fuerte con la música tradicional y popular latinoamericana, gracias a revalorar mi identidad cultural y raíces. En ese sentido, amo la cumbia, la música afroperuana, los huaynos, el folckore, la salsa que escuchaba mi papá de Perú, Ecuador y Colombia... etecétera! Además, ya de grande empecé a apoyar la escena independiente de música, de todos los géneros! y artistas más espirituales o contestatarios <3

De la misma forma, apoyo mucho las películas independientes, documentales de Latinoamérica y cine 'de autor' o de culto. Tengo muchos amigos que pertenecen al sector audiovisual y escénico en Lima.

Esto sería un gran tema para conversar!

Y sobre libros! estoy prefiriendo las novelas de mujeres; sin embargo también me gusta mucho la literatura oriental dada su filosofía muy vinculada a la naturaleza y calma. También puedo recomendar muchos libros sobre realidad social peruana. :)

ufffff is infinite! I really love music... I started recognizing this through rock... but I realized that the soundtracks of my adolescence also made me very happy, both in movies and series. Already as an adult I recognized that I have a very strong link with traditional and popular Latinoamerican music, due to my process of revaluing my cultural identity and roots <3 In that sense I love cumbia, Afro-Peruvian music, huaynos, folklore, the salsa that I listened my dad from Peru, Ecuador and Colombia... etcetera! Also, when I grew up I started supporting the independent music scene, of all genres! and other artists more spiritual or anti-establishment <3.

In the same way, I am very supportive of independent films, documentaries and 'auteur' or cult films. I have many friends who belong to the audiovisual and stage sector in Lima.

This would be a great topic to talk about!

And about books! I'm preferring women's novels; however, I also really like oriental literature given its philosophy closely linked to nature and calm. I can also recommend many books about Peruvian social reality. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Estuve pensando en cuál de todas las cosas que podría haber hecho en mis viajes podría poner acá... como montar una obra de teatro testimonial con migrantes de toda Latinoamérica en Chile, mochilear sola por el sur de chile y encontrar muchos nuevos amigos, trabajar con artesanas y artesanos en distintas regiones de Perú y aprender mucho de ellxs... Pero me di cuenta que lo realmente increíble es lo que pasa cuando modificas tu día a día... tu 'normalidad'. En ese sentido, lo increíble para mí, fue cuando toqué con un grupo de compañeras feministas en nuestra grupa de batucada, en un círculo de tamboras inmenso de aproximadamente 200 personas, al final de la marcha de 8 de marzo, día internacional de la mujer trabajadora. Todas tocando al unísono, sintiendo que nada ni nadie nos va a callar nunca más, y que, juntas, siempre somos más fuertes.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Puedo cocinar peruano, divertirte mucho con mi amor y ganas de compartir música, compartir conocimientos e historias sobre la diversidad cultural peruana, más allá de lo turístico, hablar de distintas formas de existir y de -ser- en las diferentes personas. Creo que una de las cosas más importantes de compartir del otro es co-existir y promover sensaciones y estados de bienestar, alegría y acompañamiento.

I can cook Peruvian, i can amuse you with my love and desire to share music, share knowledge and stories about Peruvian cultural diversity, tradicional cummunities, beyond tourism, talk about different ways of existing and -being- in different people. I believe that one of the most important things about sharing with each other is co-existing and promoting sensations and states of well-being, joy and accompaniment.
