ABOUT ME

I love to meet new people and make long friendships, care about my friends, and have fun and lots of laughs creating and sharing experiences! At first I'm very shy when I meet a person but as I get to know you more I gradually come out of my shell. I'm not really sure at what pace it happens but its usually faster if the other person isn't as shy as I am =P Once completely comfortable, I like to tease and play around and be a bit more daring.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couch surfing but I hope that changes soon as I will explore my surroundings so that I can take fellow CSers to the best places and be a good host. I also hope to build wonderful friendships and to explore the language, food, and customs of the places where fellow CSers live.

Interests

Jesus, family, learning languages, FOOD(anything except pork),traveling(in my dreams but hopefully in real life soon), watching dramas and variety shows, break dancing(I'm only a beginner though), yoga, singing in the car, driving, dancing,shopping, kids (they're soo cute!),favorite animal: cat(but I love most animals..except snakes, spiders, and all creepy crawlies),sports, roller coasters,I love water and anything to do with it but sadly I still can't swim, looking at the stars,bungee jumping, sky diving,flying... I'm interested in many many things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I LOVE movies: comedy, action, romance, and Disney or Dreamworks movies. Since I like too many I'll list some examples from each. I like comedy like Bruce Almighty (or basically anything with Jim Carrey),action like Blood Diamond and Batman Dark Knight, romance like Mr. and Mrs. Smith, The Holiday,The Notebook, Pride and Prejudice...and I really like movies that are romantic comedies or action/romance/comedy! I pretty much like all Dreamworks (El Dorado, Shrek 1 and 2,etc)and Disney/Pixar(Up,Mulan,Monsters Inc,Emperor's New Groove,Toy Story 1 and 2, Sleeping Beauty)
For shows I enjoy watching Dave Chapelle, the Colbert Report, korean dramas like Coffee Prince, Queen of Housewives, My Girl, Soulmate, You're Beautiful and more. Japanese dramas like Absolute Boyfriend, Hana Kimi, Gokusen, and Love Shuffle. Taiwanese dramas like Fated to Love You, Miss No Good, and Hello Sweetheart. I will continue to explore more asian dramas!I also like shows like Vitamin and Family Outing(which is hilarious). I basically like to watch shows that I can laugh with. Books? I haven't read for pleasure in a really long time but I liked reading Harry Potter, A Prayer for Owen Meanie. Music? I like gospel, hip hop, pop,classical, instrumental, techno, spanish, I like kpop, rock, a little bit of everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wow everyone has done such amazing things like sky diving, and gone to so many exotic places! I don't have any experiences like that YET but I think that the most amazing happening in my life in my little brother. He's special(autistic) but he's also a special gift from God that I'm blessed to have because he's just so full of love, unselfish, cute, and innocent that my family has grown a lot. Sure, its been hard and painful sometimes when he's hurt and we have no way of knowing how or who did it or when people discriminate against him but he's an amazing, special person in my life that I thank God a lot for!

Teach, Learn, Share

I just went through an experience where I wasn't a good friend because my friend kept pushing me away and I didn't have the courage to come back for an immediate second try. I want to learn to reach out to people I care about when they're going through rough times and not be scared that they'll get mad at me for persisting at doing so. I also want to love every person I meet and just spread love and laughs around!
