About Me

***I am currently travelling around Vietnam and would love to meet locals and expats alike!***

Writer. Singer. Financial Planner. Investor. Salsa Dancer. Student of Life.

Practising minimalism in lifestyle and possessions, compassion to self and others as well as freeing myself from the trappings of the Ego.

Not really a drinker or smoker. Love dark chocolate, peanut butter on apples and delicious plant-based meals.
My favourite thing to do when travelling is wandering the streets with no plan, going to whichever areas look interesting and taking whichever routes seen to be inviting me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a cultural exchange and is a way to connect with travellers from around the world. I have hosted a few lovely travellers and been fortunate enough to stay with other hosts during my travels around Europe in pre-COVID 2019, which has greatly enriched my travelling experience.

In my experience as a surfer, I always treat my hosts with the utmost respect. I take the time to read their profiles in order to gauge whether we will be a compatible fit and then I send them a personalised message. When I stay in their home, I make sure I spend some time getting to know them, sharing my story with them and treat their home with care and cleanliness.

I love meeting new people and hearing their stories and learning about their lives – it inspires me, keeps me grounded and reminds me what’s important in life.

I am hoping to use couchsurfing to meet more local people during my travels and have a more authentic cultural experience. Joy and adventure is doubled when shared!

I can teach you how to cook some delicious vegan meals (I would also love to cook for you if you'd like!), some salsa and bachata dance steps, speaking Hindi or Spanish, some yoga and meditation (including information about yogic philosophy if you're interested).

I would love to share with you about my life growing up in Australia and Australian culture as well as travel stories from my extensive adventures around the globe. I also love hearing about other people's travels.
