Hello! I'm Shianne, from Australia. I've been travelling around and living in different parts of the world for two and a half years now. I lived in the UK for two years and was able to see a lot of Europe! In 2017 I spent six months in Colombia teaching English in Bogotá and exploring the unreal country. I am now moving to Shanghai to teach English in a preschool.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Everything I did when in Colombia was an amazing experience for me. Whether that be travelling to the Pacific Coast to see the whales, walking among the world's tallest palm trees in Cocora Valley or exploring the vibrant city of Medellin and seeing how far it has come in the last few decades, it was all amazing. They have this phrase in Colombia called ‘magical realism’, and it is when something magical or unreal is happening in an otherwise normal situation. This is something that I experienced in Colombia countless times.
