Hello. I'm entrepreneur and develop mental health and self-care programmes here in Russia. I study and practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and self-compassion. And have a dream to make self-care popular among people I leave with in my country.

I LOVE TO TRAVEL! I've been to 22 countries and enjoy exploring new countries by communicating with locals.

I'm very communicative, easy going and open-minded person. I'm a nice person to speak about Mindfulness and Self-compassion, business and marketing.
