About Me

I am an Engineering Graduate an have just started working in the Tech industry. I grew up in Delhi and had been living in Goa for the past four years for College. I now live in Banglore. I have loved traveling ever since I was a kid. I got this enthusiasm from my parents, with whom I have traveled all through my childhood and most of my teenage. I have traveled a fair amount in college as well, even with the restrictions of time and money. But now I am really ready to spread my wings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling and exploring and that's my favourite way of meeting new people. I think there is no better way than Couchsurfing to do that.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite kind of music is Indie. Been listening to a lot of Hip-Hop and R&B lately. Coldplay and Arctic Monkeys are my favourite bands. Radiohead is a close third. Though I am generally open to almost any kind of music, I lowkey hate EDM. Especially EDM songs that have no lyrics.(Animals is an exception). It's really hard to pick a favourite movie or book. I actually don't like to claim a favourite because that means I am no longer in search of one. I also tend to love parts of movies, rather than as a whole. But if I have to pick, my favourite movie yet is The Dreamers and favourite book is The Great Gatsby. I do have a clear favourite Tv show though and that is Rick and Morty because of how whacky it is.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Did an 8 hour trek in the Himalayas in the middle of winter. The trail was mostly icy and the temperatures were 20 degrees below zero.
