ABOUT ME

A free spirit of sorts trying to take in everything around with me with every breath. This life is short and I must take advantage of it... learn the lessons, experience and not look back in regret later in life. I listen a lot more than I talk now a days and it is so liberating.

Ghandi says it best... Be the Change You Want to See in the World... I know that there are so many lessons to learn in life and I am up for it. Things always have a way of working themselves out they way they were meant to be...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I took a two week solo roadtrip tasting beer in the US before heading to South America... I called up everyone I could think of and stayed on couches or on floors of friends of friends that I hadn't talked to in years!! It was incredible and helped to rebuild the friendship that I had from before along with the new one!! I hosted friends and new acquaintances regularly when I lived in Yosemite National Park as well as in Grand Canyon National Park. I've surfed in Brazil, Argentina and am now surfing here and there across the US! Love it!

Ah..I enjoy a good film and a good book....but Music... Music makes the world go round!! I love it! Music festivals are the best!! Jam, Folk, Funk, Raggae, Jazz, Underground Hip Hop, Indie, World... I love it!

Wow! Well, I quit my job after 9 years, left my house, sold or gave away all of my stuff and headed to South America... that tops it at the moment... and I am enjoying it!!

To exchange best practices of life. I spent a couple of months at a meditation center in California earlier this year and would love to sit with others along this path! I want to learn how to use natural fruits, vegetables and herbs for maintaining a healthy body, mind and soul as well. I can share my energy and genuine disposition.
