ABOUT ME

I am a Canadian traveling through Australia on a working holiday visa. I am here to take some time to focus on being creative. I am an artist and yoga teacher and have spent the last half a decade working in museums, doing a mix of HR, admin, and finance. As an artist, I work in numerous different mediums, including ceramics, fibres, acrylics, oil paint, watercolour, photography, etc. Currently, my focus is on learning and experimenting with music. I'm learning to play guitar and piano, and enjoy writing music and singing.

I love to travel and meet other travelers. I love to host. I have always been lucky when traveling and have had people open their homes and hearts to me, and hosting is my way of passing that forward.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CouchSurfing has allowed me to network with and stay connected to other travelers I have encountered over the years. It's been a wonderful tool when traveling and the experiences I've had have been positive ones.

Interests

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I'm an artist and ceramist. I also am a yoga teacher and have studied yoga philosophy, as well as meridian theory as it relates to yin yoga. If you want to learn, just ask :)

One thing I'd really like to learn is how to play piano better and maybe guitar too!
