About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Making the best out of my holiday in Slovenia.
ABOUT ME
I've always been called the opposites: the most chatty - the person who is more a good listener; the most super active person - the one who knows how to relax; very positive and enthusiastic - is with both feet on ground and is not afraid to face the reality. So as always it's hard to describe myself, I guess I'm all of that above. It depends on the mood, people, environment. I've many sides.
I read the profiles of other people and it makes me jealous like some seem really hyper people - they have 100 different hobbies, skills, they've listed so many positive characteristics they have and they keep on travelling and travelling. But the truth is in reality it hasn't always been like that when I meet them. Well so my message is we have our bad sides too and it's ok, everybody does. We don't have to be like him and her and them - let's be yourself, the real self.
I'm very interested in psychology and I also work in that field, I think human mind is one of the most fascinating things to explore.
I really enjoy traditions, folklore, old tales from elder, music with deep hidden metaphores.
But I also enjoy rainy days, listening melanholic music, swearing when angry, being lazy all day and so on...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Well once I was in a self service hostel, means no stuff, only on your own in a metal box room. Never again.
I've also worked in a hippie kind of hostel, and yes it's cool if you are very hippie artsy person. But for longer time, it's sometimes too much tk focus on, so many people going around, things offered, tourist traps etc... That's why couchsurfing suits better for me, it's only one or few people you meet and more personally, not just random polite hostel small talk.
I like meeting locals, getting to know them, asking about their culture etc. Let's couchsurf!
Interests
I used to do a lot of event organizing as volunteer - hiking, concerts, parties etc, now as I graduated I do that a bit less but it's still one of my passions. For several years I've danced estonian folk dance to feel patriotism in my hearts and feel the roots where I origin. I often go to sport club and new traings that I've discovered and stuck on them are bodyart and deepwork - basicly in these trainings you mix cardio, muscle training and yoga. It's all built up on yin and yang theory and it gives a lot for your body and soul - I recommend. The newest hobbie is acroyoga which I practise with my boyfriend - it's like pair acrobatics where you do different yoga poses together attached with yourselves. It's not as difficult as you think.
And maybe another kinda hobbie is attending many events like canue marathon, night concerts, beach music festivals, stand up pedaling surfing hikes etc.
