ABOUT ME

Aloha,

I was born on the Big Island of Hawaii in a small town called Hilo. This is where I currently live. I am a part time traveler, been to about a dozen countries and about a dozen U.S. States.

No wife and no kids, but I have 2 cats that I love very much.

I've got no drama, I am low maintenance, slightly introverted with good social skills.

I am drug free, drink minimally, and live pretty clean.

PHILOSOPHY

I am here on this planet to find peace in myself and then share it with the rest of the world.

I've hosted a handful of couch surfers in Hawaii, this is my first time being a couch surfing guest.

I've met some great people. Couch surfing has given me a more positive outlook on traveling.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

There seems to be amazing things everywhere, even in mundane everyday life.

Some places I've traveled to:
Tahiti, Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Taiwan, Cuba, Sudan, Egypt and the Hawaiian Islands!

My trip to Sudan would have to be the most amazing experience of all the above. I went as a volunteer worker in 2005 during the height of the civil war. The people there were remarkably resilient. The human spirit is very much alive despite the tragedy that surrounds them. Seeing a country and group of people with so little has also made me appreciate how blessed my life is.
