My current MO: meet some great people, hear some great music, and write some great stories about it.

ABOUT ME

I love music. This is the sort of thing people are wont to say, the way they might announce to dinner guests that they "*love* blueberry muffins." I love music the moon-eyed way I loved my high-school sweetheart. I stare agape at the beauty and power of musical expression with the same gasping reverence of a young boy watching his father fix the family sedan - how on earth do they do that?

I also love love. I begin loving people with a swiftness and intensity that can be unnerving at first, but it is those sort of intimate connections that make life worth the living.
