Overview
About Me
A Beijinger lived in the US for 5 years and moved back here 5 years ago.
Work a regular 9-6 job everyday, can hangout after work or during weekends. Major tourist attractions aren’t really my thing, but down to get local food or go out for parties.
Maximum stay 2 nights for surfers 😀
For first-time visitors to China: make sure you set up a VPN before you arrive, so you can use WhatsApp, Google apps, Facebook, Instagram, etc. It’ll save you a lot of hassle!
Also, setting up Alipay or WeChat Pay will make your trip way smoother. And don’t rely on Google Maps for public transportation – Apple Maps is your friend here!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet adventurous spirits all over the world and to find new friends to travel with. Also curious about how other people live their lives and what’s their motivation for traveling.
