I'm Shirin. Daughter of Iran & one of the inhabitants of planet Earth🌍
Although I seem calm in appearance, I have a lot of energy by nature. I like to try new and different things and I have no qualms about it. Learning new skills is always a priority for me & traveling can be a great opportunity to develop my personality, self-awareness and flourish my inner abilities.

My burning🔥 passion to travel started when I was 8 thanks to"Around the world in 80 days" At that time I taught to myself: so it isn't that hard, I just need to find my way.
Despite having the desire for travel for years, I hadn't seriously considered traveling outside the borders of my country until this past year. Although I occasionally went on short trips within my country, I rarely got the chance to test myself on solo trips. First because of my visual impairment and then,the fears that were instilled in me.But now everything has changed in a good way and I decided to bring this change into my life style by doing something I've never done before which means buying a ticket for a foreign travel on my own and giving it to myself as a birthday gift🥳 & I already know it's worth it👍🏻 As Marco Polo says:
"my only fear is that I might awaken in my bed, destined to live a common life once again" so I can't help but move
Although I am proud of my roots in the first place, I consider myself to belong to any soil I set foot on. So I do my best to take care of the people and nature of that area

I know that in order to leave boldly, I need to push myself and do things today that others are not willing to do,so that tomorrow I can do things that others are not capable of doing and I don't have to be perfect to get started as well.
I'm fully aware that the journey I've began is special and timeless & I'm so excited to share all these valuable experiences and  live these dreams with a global community full of beautiful people like you😁

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Getting out of my safe zone, forming constructive connections and making new friends all around the world was my first and fore most reason for stepping into this functional platform. So after a long battle with myself-excusing and terrified self & bypassing all buts and ifs, I put on my diving suit and dived into the vast ocean of adventure🫧

Interests

Since my field of study has been tourism, the love of traveling, discovering new & unknown places, knowing different peoples and nationalities and getting to know their history, traditions & culture beside learning new languages is in my flesh and blood 😍
I should also add that I enjoy walking around the city, watching beautiful scenery of natural and animal attractions and special architectures of each area as much as trying delicious local cuisines🤩
Besides, I'm always eager to hear the stories of people's lives. I mean things I can't find in movies,series,books or even podcasts! Details that help me look at the world from a different perspective ... Oh! I just gave up another one of my interests🎬💘📚
What I never get tired of doing is Learning! I'm a persistent and curious learner🤓learning new things in different fields, implementing them in my daily life & giving them to those who need them motivates me a lot & makes me move. So I can talk to you for hours about things I know or love to know about. Yeah "Hermione Granger from Hogwarts"👌
Since I am very interested in talking & listening and anything that has to do with these two areas it led me to my current carrier and activities which are: Singing🎤, playing piano🎹 & voice acting🎧
