About Me
-Bibliophile--Gypsy--Poet--Painter--Adventurer--Anime Lover-
Have been off couchsurfing for a few months due to work commitments, back to the platform to meet some fellow nomads again :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because i have a nomad's heart which keeps on taking me from one place to another, and feel that a journey is incomplete until you share stories and make some amazing memories with the people you meet on the way :)
Interests
I love to try everything under the sun, and have explored hobbies as diverse as sketching, archery, swimming and a lil' bit of cooking. But poetry is my first and forever love, and i frequently write in Hindi as well as in English.

Music, Movies, and Books
Interesting things like these should either be discussed over a cup of coffee or a mug of beer! :) ;)
But to break the ice, I am a huge fan of Sidney Sheldon, Mario Puzo, Khaled Hosseini and Mitch Albom to name a few.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have traveled as a solo backpacker across the length and breath of India, hitch-hiking and camping on my way to places and in the process meeting some of the craziest, yet the most amazing and passionate people. And on one such journey befriending the locals, and convincing them to help set up a school in one of the 'politically disturbed' area.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach a lot of languages from my native country, apart from teaching about the beautiful culture and custom of my place. I work as a teacher from many NGOs so can also help people with Mathematics and Physics apart from child psychology.
I would love to learn about the customs, traditions as well as stories and folklore from different places and would be immensely happy if you can teach me the popular activities or help me learn how to cook some delicacies of your place.
P.S- this is not a platform for your free stay rather a place for a cultural exchange. Don't treat it like a free hotel request, or even if you do please don't send me a request to stay in my place to avoid embarrassment to you as well as to me.
What I Can Share with Hosts
