Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because I want to experience local life in a more genuine way — not just visit places, but actually get to know the people who live there. I really enjoy hearing travel stories, learning about different cultures, and sharing my own experiences as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite singer is JJ Lin. While studying in Malaysia, I often went to Singapore to check out restaurants he visited and the café he opened. I’ve also attended his concert in Hong Kong.
My favorite movie is Sissi, the Young Empress. During my travels in Austria, I visited the Sissi Museum and also went to Bad Ischl, where Sissi got engaged.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I started traveling abroad solo when I was 18 and have already completed solo trips in many countries.
Also the coolest thing was skydiving in Austria this year!!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Mandarin, Cantonese, and how to cook Chinese dishes. In return, I’d like to learn German or French, because I plan to go to Germany or France for a second master’s degree in five years.
