About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To learn about my world, one couch at a time!

ABOUT ME

I'm a traveling nurse by profession and a wanderer by nature. I have a lot to be grateful for in life, and I enjoy sharing it with others!

PHILOSOPHY
I respect that each human is on an individual journey, and I strive toward a habit of loving and being curious.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love the couch surfing community! I have had so much fun hosting people from all over the world, and I've also enjoyed meeting hosts and other travelers on my journeys. I think it's such a cool opportunity to help people save some expense by hosting them when I can, and it helps me to be able to extend my travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I absolutely love making new friends along my journeys, and I've found that sleeping on couches (and inviting travelers to sleep on mine) is a great way to do it!

Interests

I like to participate in activities that inspire me with the beauty of nature, challenge my fears, teach me about the world and cultivate relationships that make life more meaningful.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy most all types of music, but have lately been especially interested in South American artists. I am almost always reading several books, mostly nonfiction but I make exceptions for pleasure reading. I love talking about what I'm learning. I embrace my inner nerd.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been blessed with many life experiences that I consider to be amazing and I would love to share these experiences in person and hear some of yours in return!

Teach, Learn, Share

I feel that everybody has some bit of wisdom or knowledge to impart, and I try to be open so that I can receive their offering. In turn I will offer whatever I can, even if that may only be some positive energy!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I enjoy cooking and would love to prepare a meal for you or join you in preparing one of your favorite meals so I can learn! I'm happy to contribute to your house with food or beverages or simply conversation and positive energy!
