ABOUT ME

My name is Gideon Nielsen, 33. I am an open minded guy. I have through my youth been involved in sports where the main ones was soccer and basketball, last one being my favorite sport.

I have experienced a lot with basketball which is my favorite sport, I have won the danish championship, and i have played for the Varsity team in Ohio/USA - Vermilion.
I come from a family that talks a lot about life, understanding, and all kinds of different perspectives on life in any way.

The last 10 years I have traveled the world and lived in several different countries among them being in the Australia, USA, Spain, Denmark, New Zealand and Switzerland.

My dream in life is to live freely and have a base in a warm climate, near mountains and ocean. September 2009 I got certified with Bob Proctors business as a LifeSuccess coach and consultant, so at some point in the future i see myself help people achieve more, develop more and actually just help people to grow in understanding, through talks, speaking, writing books.

And speaking of writing books, I have been a part of a book project which is out now on amazon. The book is called: Bounce back, Thriving in Changing times, look for my name on the book cover.

I have also written my own book titled Your Unique Journey and have build the foundation for my own project of the same name. In addition to writing my interests are DJing, project development, networking and online marketing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love traveling and the openness that travelers have and has gained a lot of friends and connections, especially in Australia and a few in the USA.

I have had a lot of great experiences with Couchsurfing many places in the world and actually only had one experience that was not so pleasant, which was not because of the experience itself but because of how incorrect it was of the persons view of me an the situation.

I have gotten a negative review by that person who has hosted a lot of couch surfers and I have defended that because I totally disagree in his review and thought it was an arrogant way of expecting how to be as a person, which didnt comply with his view.

Besides that I truly believe that CouchSurfing is one of the best ideas on the planet!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I am a part of a book project with the company: Wake Up Live The Life You Love, the book is called: Bounce Back, Thriving in Changing Times.
Made 94/100 3pointers
Made 9/16 3pointers in two games in a row
Ran a half marathon with only 3 days of training over 3 weeks before running.
Leaving my home country with only a bag pack to live start and live life somewhere new for a long time! And this... Is still going on! :-)
Hiked the Grand Canyon down to the bottom and back up.
Traveled the world for 3½ years

I am a traveler, writer, DJ, project developer and more...

This is my 10th year traveling and love to experience countries and cultures to become more aware of myself and the world, the universe and life itself, reality and all that good stuff.

During all those years I have lived in a variety of countries and written and published a book and am now working remotely developing a project where I want to share peoples stories and I assist a speaker in California in the USA.

I look forward to philosophical conversations and many other good things...!
