I am an Investment Banker by day and travel-blog junkie by night. I love to read itineraries of different countries. I was born and brought up in Varanasi, (India) the holiest and oldest city in the world. I have had the chance to travel to Taiwan on a business trip and Thailand as my grad trip. I am currently based in Bangalore, and have been fortunate enough to be able to travel several exotic locations throughout South India.

My biggest accomplice in this journey has been Armin Van Buuren (Dutch DJ), because of whom I am a big fan of Trance.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am backpacking across Central Europe and have heard raving reviews of the Couchsurfing Community. The experience of seeing a city through the local eyes is unmatched. Trying to understand the local history and getting to know the cities best-hidden 'secrets' is something that is possible only here. In the end I want to go back with the best of memories.
