I backpack across different places, to meet different people, and to know different cultures. Finding magic in unknown places, knowing ancient traditions, and forging friendship with gracious strangers interests me.

A mug of coffee and a slice of mountain combined together defines my version of heaven.

I volunteer at times and teach children. I spend most of my time with my family and with friends I treasure. I try my best to make time for every little thing that matters. I define my success by the amount of JOY that pumps through my heart.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Coming from India, I do not have much idea on the culture or language or even cuisine of other countries. All I can do is to rely on guidebooks and internet. Couch-surfing will give me an opportunity to connect with local people in beautiful possible ways. The idea of knowing the traditions/culture, making new friends, getting to experience things that are beyond guide books, and extending a friendly hand is a beautiful thing to do.

I am on Couch-surfing because of similar reasons as most of the travelers in this community - To connect with people from different walks of life, to find a home in unknown places.

Books: I read a lot. Mostly I prefer Kannada literature.
