Overview
About Me
Before I start with anything... I AM NOT FROM CHINA!!!
But the stupid setting here just would't let me correct it.
-
I was a teacher teaching English in primary schools in an aboriginal area (Taitung, Taiwan).
Generally, I'm a very kind and friendly person. Also, quite candid, because I just don't like those "bureaucracy" things.
I am kind of fascinated by different cultures, love to see and try different things.
I have various interests in life, and always feel a hard time about choosing which should be the thing to devote myself into. That might give you a picture of what kind of person I am.
-
I was studying Fashion Design when I first started university, but I changed into Human Development and Family Studies after, which was also known as Home Economics Education before.
-
I have just come back Taiwan in June 2019 after I had a one-year working holiday in Ireland. It was my happiest time in my life, and maybe that's a reason that urges me to know more people from different cultures.
Also, I will be in New Zealand in January.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Like to meet different people.
Want to have more time practicing my English skills. (Or maybe learn another language?)
I feel a bit bored, since I didn't get a formal job after I came back Taiwan. (Which means I have a lot free time)

Tooooooooooooo many...
I like both pop and classical music, also folk music.
-
My favorite movie should be The Sound of Music, but by saying this might give people a very wrong impression about me, because I also like a lot different types of movie. (Perfume, L'élégance du hérisson, Spiderman, Happy as Lazzaro, Joker, Synonymes, Cinema Paradiso, etc.)
-
I don't read books a lot. However, I would still say I like reading stories. I have some reasons that keep me from reading.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As I told in my intro, the fact that I went working holiday in Ireland.
I just decided it, did all the research and plans, and traveled alone there, without knowing anyone. It was so scary but exciting also, especially for introvert people like me. (I almost never go out if not necessary)
I made a lot friends there and wish I could stay forever, but the visa thing is truly annoying...
