About Me

I’m an English teacher who just quit job because I got the work and holiday visa in Australia and will be arriving there 16th Oct. I plan to work and travel in Australia for a year and this will be a new chapter for me.

Actually, I’ve been teaching English for 5 years (2 years for kids and 3 years for high school students) If you or your kids want to learn Chinese or something about China, I would like to share something special with you, like the color-water drawing and blowing sugar figure (a traditional chinese skill) that I’ve been learning recently.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I didn’t major in English and my English was really poor. After teaching kids for one and a half year, I determined to make a change. So I started to learn English by myself and became a TOEFL teacher at last. I found out learning English is pretty much fun and it is really an eye-opener. I become more open-minded and accepting while communicating with people from different places in English. So I think the coolest thing I did is to start learning English.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m pretty self-motivated and attempt to figure out solutions when confronting some difficulties, like learning a new skill, making plans for my short-term goals, cultivating a habit and etc. All these need perseverence and some strategies which I’m still learning and making into practice.
So I think I could share you with some tips about time-management skills and being self-disciplined, which could help you avoid procrastination and cultivate a good habit step by step.
