About Me

Living happily with my boyfriend so only use this app to really connect to people. Nothing on the date aspect. :)

1. Travel addict. Made my way across half of China at the age of 17, made my way across half of Europe at the age of 19, made my way around 5 continents and 14 countries the age of 23. What’s next? Probably Africa ^^

2. Finance mind. Studied finance and worked for one leading auditing firm for 2 years. (Horrible!) Like the mindset of investing and money grow. Dream profession is to be a landlord or retire at an early age. You might thought this is going to be boring. No no no. Let me persuade you that you are wrong.

3. A woman who enjoys the simple happiness in life. Well, if I say the inspiration comes from Bora Bora, you might think I am too over. Mais c’est vrai. I lived with a host for four days in their beautiful house, I cycled an hour to reach the supermarket at the other side of the island, I climbed the mountain for the amazing color of the lagoon, I went diving everyday, I got the experience of hitch hike and I cooked food for my dear host. It’s a really simple life that I will remember my whole life. I have also stayed at a five star hotel banglow for one night, eating and drinking with a great view. However, I found that I enjoyed the stay with my host more than the hotel. Happiness doesn’t necessarily mean money. Of course we need money to sustain life. But happiness is more about sharing the great moments with great people.

4. Dancer. When I spent my time with brasilien in Buenos Aires, nobody thought I am a Chinese. ;) it is something that make me happy.

5. Sports addict too: try to keep good figure. Love all kinds of sports except any ball related activities. I love skating, surfing , riding a horse( I can gallop well, and play a bit polo, try to learn dressage ride), diving, snorkeling, yoga, core training. And i try to mix everything into my daily life, to make life interesting and sustainable.

PHILOSOPHY
“medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life.

But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for”

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined in at an early age, like 17. It was pretty cool and popular then. Now I feel like the culture of it has been changed. Like the hitch hiking culture in US probably. However it shouldn’t stop us from creating a better culture for CS.

Many people I met on CS, became someone important or a life muse, or a friend forever. For eg, the host I met in Paris, is now one of my best friend and we travel together to Sicily. The host I met in DC, they treated me like a family member and I revisited them after 5 years.

After going back to HK, sticking to life routine, and living a life with less travel, I hope CS could keep my mind open, help travelers as much as I can, and enjoy great moments with great people.

Interests

I am serious: I have interests in anything....

  • everything

Music, Movies, and Books

It’s hard to say what I like. I love reading and watching classics. The flow of time make those classics classic.

I don’t like American or Asian movies in general, prefer European movies or Latin American movies.

Music I listen to all kinds of, except heavy metal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travel alone from Bali, to New Zealand, French Polynesia, Easter Island, Argentina, Uruguay, Brasil, Columbia, Cuba, USA and Iceland and finally back to HK for one of the greatest voyage I have ever had

Teach, Learn, Share

I am always happy to learn from anybody for anything.
I can share my interesting stories from the past and creat any fabulous memories with anyone fabulous.
I can teach.... well, whatever you like, I know a bit about almost everything. :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

My humor? My knowledge? My experience? My cooking? Well, beer or wine?

Countries I’ve Visited
