ABOUT ME

Hello there! I discovered CouchSurfing a while ago and now I would like to give it a try.

I am from Germany and raised up in a small village in Lower Franconia (Bavaria) near the Main river.

I like to do outdoor sports with friends and exploring beautiful landscapes.

You are very welcome to contact me whenever you are traveling in Germany. I can give you advice where to find good places and offer you a couchsurfing experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a few couchsurfers and I stayed at a few places. It was honored to meet kind and open minded people and to share a great time together.

I also organize regulary cooktandem events on couchsurfing. At these events we are cooking together while having a language exchange.

Interests

I love to explore new countries and regions to meet with people from different places and get to know about their lives and different prospectives.

Whenever I have time I like to be active and do outdoor sport, like cyling, hiking, climping, swimming, kayaking, cross country skiing etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Backpacking in Australia after graduating from high school; Working in the Outback.

Hiking the Baekdu Daegan 백두대간 long distance trail was one of the most amazing hiking experience I had so far. I was hiking through five beautiful National Parks and many cultural and historic places. On my way I meet many local Koreans which were very kind and hospitality.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you German and give you insights in our culture. I would also be happy to show you great places in Germany or give you travel tips.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer hosts a cultural and language exchange. Any host will be my guest once travelling in Germany.
