ABOUT ME

I really like people and they make me laugh. I'm constantly surprised by all the different personalities out there. Although I'm a psych student, it doesn't mean I'm constantly analyzing people... I just think it's a cool major.

So the psych degree--->I'm looking to get a bachelors in it so I can go on to study occupational therapy. I like the idea of hanging out with people and helping them to set goals for themselves. I really enjoy seeing a goal having been met when it's important to someone.

PHILOSOPHY

Making people laugh and enjoy themselves is my forte. I always want the people around me to have a good time and I strive to see that they do.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ok, It's not officially CS but it carries the spirit of it.

When I went to Finland to study abroad, I was arriving early but couldn't call my tutors to let them know. I heard a couple on the train speaking English and after talking with them, they let me stay at their place! They fed me some tasty Finnish food, some beers, and then hot chocolate after going to sauna! This was a great experience and I'll never forget it. I really liked waking up at their flat the next day b/c it was like waking up on Christmas morning with all the snow. I think waking up at different places will carry some cool memories.

兴趣

Running, amusement parks, swimming, eating new foods, biking, and hiking.

Oh of course a good video game every now and again is always nice! I used to be a WoWer but before that I was into Tekken and Final Fantasy games. It's been a long time since I've had a chance to play anything though...

update: I played Bioshock: Infinite and loved it!!!

I don't read a lot but on occasion I grab a C.S. Lewis book for example.

Generally I like most music but more specifically I'm into alternative rock. I find myself looking up movie soundtracks from time to time as well.

As far as movies or tv shows: Futurama, Adventure Time, any of John Candy's movies, occasional newer stuff.

I kept climbing Mt. Douglas in Montana when I was afraid of heights. I was climbing straight up for a little while and I had nothing holding me up. I was frozen for awhile because my arms were tired and I looked down. It was an amazing thing to get through. I was happy to sign the book once I reached the top.

I can teach how to eat healthy. My international friends think I'm convenient to have around because English is my native tongue. They enjoy having me tell them what the English word is for some random item or situation.

I'd like to learn how to surf!..I should probably visit someone on the beach now that I've said that
