I am a street musician by trade and perform Irish fiddle music, I have an indie band called Basil and Sage, and do my own solo songwriting. I love to spend my free time in nature, eating good food, and creating art/music. I am often down to go on crazy adventures so let me know what you have in mind :p

I am able to offer suggestions of free things to do around the city and can connect you to people of similar interests!

If you would like to be hosted in my home please have your profile filled out! I get alot of requests and prefer to host people who've taken the time to fill out their profile. Currently landlord only allows one female guest (but open to camping trips!) Not looking for hook-ups.

I rarely drink alcohol, and smoking isn't allowed on the property.

I am a good host for people who are introverted because when I am at home I tend to be more low-key but Im always down to go out on an adventure and have a bonfire BBQ or go show you something local. ( I have a 🏍️ we can drive around on)

When I travel I am pretty outgoing and enjoy deep meaningful conversations and unique experiences.

I believe everyone deserves the same rights regardless of gender, race, age, or wealth. I also support LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 individuals and believe that people should be allowed to be whoever they want as long as it isn’t directly harming someone. I support people who just want to “be themselves” despite their cultural pressures to change. I wouldn't say that I am politically correct so much as I appreciate some Buddhist philosophies.

The environment is important to me. I like to try to live in harmony with nature, and reduce reuse and recycle. I prefer natural food but love to try new unusual things that are offered to me.

I seem sweet and innocent but I have a dark sense of humour 😅😁

Currently I'm working on a bachelor of art with a minor in music! I am studying violin and songwriting. You can find my original songs on YouTube under Shyane Pokeda.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Gave up everything I owned and knew and trusted that everything would work out

This last summer I sailed around Vancouver island for 20 days wild foraging food, navigating the waves, tide pools, and rocks, existing with another human being respectfully and and in a civil manner 😆 and cleaning up the beaches of plastic!

Hitchhiked to burning man when I was 18 to be in the official fire conclave~ learnt to play the violin from a train hopping punk and now it's my job!
