Just a Kiwi trying to see what the rest of the world has to offer! I have been backpacking and volunteering through South and Latin America for the past 4/5 months and have 4/5 months to go!

I am drawn to the outdoors and have spent my trip adventuring along the coastlines and up the mountains with a few villages and cities in the mix too. I love hiking, surfing, coffee and trying out new things!

I am really looking to improve my Spanish, If this is something you can help with that would be amazing! I love to learn, anything from environmental conservation to traditional cooking, I enjoy discussing different perspectives and points of view to expand my own thinking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m a solo traveler exploring and volunteering my way through South/ Latin America. I am looking to be fully immersed in the local culture, learn the language, visit amazing places, meet new people, and have somewhere to stay! It’s great to get a local perspective on the area and meet someone who you likely wouldn’t have otherwise.

I love anything sport, outdoors, nature, drinking or dancing related. As I said anything that’s a physical challenge I’m into, but i also love food and to go to local pubs and meet new people and try new things!

Music, Movies, and Books

I’m pretty open with my music taste, but nothing beats the Kiwi band Mako Road on a summer's day!

My all-time favorite movie has to be Million Dollar Baby but The Minimalists, Seven Summits, Last Breath, and Free Solo are all a good watch!

My favorite book is Infidel- such an incredible read!
