Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of meeting locals and further more i love sharing. As a scout I made great experience of helpful, sharing, altruist people. No, as I live no longer at Mami's house, I want to welcome people, show them my town, talk and eat ice cream together. I don't like the anonym way most people travel. CS gives the voyage a very special touch.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being invited at home, by just demanding the way. My best friend and me were on a bike trip through the Netherlands and a girl just took us to her Canoe-Club, showed us a place for our tent and let us play Kayak-Polo with the whole Club in the evening. I always smile while telling or thinking back to this day. The girl said: I made so many great and so many bad choices with CS, I want to show the world, that there is no need to be afraid of people!!!
