Overview
About Me
Hi everyone! I am Sian from China. I was lucky to encounter this global community while studying in Spain. I'm a patient and easygoing girl, always keeping an open mind about my trip and my life. I believe that everything happens in a journey is valuable, no matter good or bad.
I really appreciate the half a year in Europe, for the fresh knowledge from school and for the exotic experiences during travel. At the same time, the great distance from my hometown left me a chance to think and reflect on my own culture, huge interests on East Asian cultures aroused at this time. So I planned a trip to Beijing and other Chinese cities immediately after I went back to China, and the next step is to Japan and Korea.
My major is Financial and Accounting, while I minor in English literature, in order to balance my life. I respect the differences and diversity, though you may find I am sometimes reserved in actions.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have received sooooooo much kindness while traveling in Europe, both on this platform and outside it. And I have met soooooo many interesting people no matter when I travel alone or surf with my friends. By Couchsurfing, I found that travel means much more than what I thought it could be. I just want to pass on the kindness I received and know more people in different backgrounds in the future.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Love traveling but timid sometimes, the most brave thing I’ve done is to apply for the exchange program in Spain (for the chance to meet CR7, unluckily he left the country after I was accepted) even thought Idk any Spanish at that time.
Teach, Learn, Share
I think it’s a good time to get rid of some stereotypes and polish my language skills as well.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Interesting things and pictures during my trekking and traveling ( thought I look not athletic at all); whatever you want to know about China (I always have great patience; maybe some Chinese dishes if time permitting
