Overview
About Me
Creativity, design, people are my everyday motivations and discover new things, activities and people to do it contribute to give a sense to my life.
I also love to travel. I had the dream to move to Canada. I live in the region of Quebec almost one year ago.
I like to visit different countries during holidays but i really prefer to be immersed in a new way of life, learn and discover the usages, people and places everyday ! I plan to live in different countries during my life as my work and my health permits me to do it.
I'm an open-minded person, interested to learn and discover different domains and activities. I really love meeting people and appreciate their strength, their knowledges. I'm sensitive person. i really like to sit and observe my environment , all the people interacting.
I always need to do something and i'm an addict of to do list :) However, i also need some quiet moments, alone, to create, do some sport, think, breathe, listen myself and step back. I'm an independent woman, i love to accomplish what i plan and i generaly know what i want. But i m also a big dreamer and i' m often lost in my thoughts.
I'm a little bit geek too :) (SF, tech, coding, series...)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet up ! I love discovering new personalities, make some new experiences , share moments and discuss about different topics !
I look for to improve my english and i would like to learn spanish ! (i m a very very beginner) Meeting local people at Montreal or during travelling is always enjoyable. I subscribed on many groups on meetup, i hope we could discuss with a good beer :)
Interests
I'm interested by different kind of outdoor activities (take a drink with friends, visit museums, keep an eye on arts events, cultural exhibitions, do some sports, dancing, be volunteer for causes and events...) Make me discover your hobbies !
Relative to my job, i'm interested to experiment different forms of creation. I DREAM to work in a company focusing on human needs, experiences , design researches to create new digital platforms, products and services (prototyping, ethnography, secondary research...)
I read a lot of things (essays, blogs, websites, novels, different magazines, comics sometimes) and i really love to discuss about a movie, an exhibition ... i just appreciated.
I'm also crazy about cinema, photography (lifestyle, portraits, human interactions, inspiring landscapes) cognitive science, electronics (domotic, arduino) yoga and music. I began to learn folk guitare but i moved and i couldn't bring mine with me but my roomate owns one. It's time to play again :)
I also love percussions and jam sessions with djembe and didgeridoo.
AND i dance Rockabilly Jive since 2 months only but i like it :)
°°Objectives°°
Improve my skills in Yoga and meet other yogi !
I always wanted to try some theatre course or hip-hop and rock'n roll dance.
I will be glad to be a part of a collective, a creative team, and join some events, participate to different kind of projects as a partner (i really like the ideology of lesinspires.com and the annual workshops of Bellastock).

Music, Movies, and Books
The music that i listen depend on my mood : electronic music, rock, hard rock, progressive rock, psychedelic and folk, blues (and particularly music from 60's , 70's)... followed by reggae, latino and pop music. When i need to externalize my rage i focus on metal or rap music :)
Movies: science-fi, drama, real stories, adventures but i have difficulties with big blockbusters and interminable sequels.
I' m a fan of series: Game of Thrones, breaking bad, Utopia, the walking dead (even if i get bored sometimes), true detective, Unite 9, Fringe, Sense 8 etc...
Novels : different kind of classics, science-fi, anticipation , utopia/ dystopia...
Essays about neurology, cognitive sciences, arts in order to understand human beings.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It was almost 1 year ago. I quitted my job, said goodbye to my friends, my family and moved from France to Canada. I went back to studies. When i arrived at Quebec city, at the end of the summer in 2014, it was my first trip alone. I met people quickly and discovered this beautiful city rythmed by the extreme seasons. My way of life has changed and i learn everyday. My routine is different, i observe and appreciate all the new things around me, all the time when i walk in the streets.
Recently, i moved to Montreal and look for a job. I fell in love of this city 2 years ago. The opportunity to work here in a creative and stimulating company with other passionate people get me closer to my dream.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have to understand the sense of life, people, my life environment. I love to learn by others people, it's very rewarding !
I'm sometimes a little reserved and i miss sometimes some confidence on me but when i feel confortable i enjoy to share my skills and share stories !
I really appreciate carpooling and give it a privilege for my travels in France or in Canada. I enjoy discovering people during a ride, listen to music together and share personal moments of life, projects. Share a good moment with someone give me a smile and let me stay positive. I hope Couchsurfing will offer me to meet great people coming from all over the world:)
What I Can Share with Hosts
For the moment, i share an apartment with two very kind roommates. It's difficult to offer a place to sleep for hosts because we don't have a friend's room or a comfortable couch. Otherwise, i will be very pleased to visit Montreal with a newcomers, share a drink or great food and improve a nice network. I really enjoy to mix differents kinds of friends during parties and have them meet each other.
