To enjoy life every day. To spend time with the people I love. To keep learning. To understand the world.

In 2018 I completed my first round the world tour after 599 days of travel.

Since then I keep travelling every year for 5 or 6 months and work on my online projects.

ABOUT ME

I´m always trying to learn something new and exploring my surroundings.

I grew up in Spain but I have also lived in the UK and Brazil.

PHILOSOPHY

To be free, to respect others freedom, to explore, to love and as a result to be happy and experience the joy of having appeared in this marvelous "pale blue dot" to the max.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Love meeting the CS´s in the area, attending CS events when possible and discovering new people around the world.
If you are my host, please allow me to cook something for you, maybe you would like to try a Spanish Tortilla or some Sushi :-)
I can also give some advice on Travelling, Personal Freedom or long term Investments if you are interested.

Intereses

- Travel, travel, travel... too many places to visit yet,new people and experiences to live, and finite time to do it, better to use it wisely ;-)

- Never stop learning new things. I enjoy reading non fiction books and blogs of different types, such us science, happiness, technology, investments, freedom, travelling, psychology...

- Enjoy meeting new people with interesting stories to tell and interested in other cultures.

- I love long profound conversations about any kind of topic.

- Food! I love to eat :-)

Música, películas y libros

MUSIC
I mainly enjoy listening to music where the guitars are the protagonists. ;-) My favorite band is Metallica.

But I think every type of music is the best one for it's moment, so I enjoy the Bachata when dancing and a Samba when in a nice bar in Brazil.

MOVIES
Too many but these are some:

- Cidade de Deus

- Pixar (All of them!)
- The Godfahter I and II (I couldn't even finish the third...)
- Clint Eastwood (Mystic River, Gran Torino , Unforgiven,... )

BOOKS

Rich Dad Poor Dad: It's not a great book, but it was the seed of a great idea in my head. Life changing.

The monk who sold his Ferrari : Very good introduction to Buddhist philosophy.

The intelligent Investor. The best book about value investment I have ever read.

How to be free in an unfree world. By Harry Brown, quite inspiring.

Vagabonding. Great travel philosophy.

Algo increíble que he hecho

To quit my job and start a round the world tour, avoiding planes as much as I could, with no fixed itinerary and no end date. It finally guided me through 25 countries during 599 days. For sure the biggest and best pack of experiences of my life.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Some of the skills I have developed and would be very happy to share could be:

- Custom made travelling looking for living experiences more than visiting places.

- Financial Intelligence in order to get Financial Independence.

- Traditional Spanish dishes cooking, such us Tortilla de patata, Fabada, Cocido, Lentejas. And also Japanese sushi.

- Basic Salsa and Bachata dancing steps.
