ABOUT ME

We're both 22 years old, happy and fun-loving girls who love seeing new places and get to know new people:)

I graduated in 2012 and went for an amazing Aupair experience in Australia. I guess it was the best decision I could make, as i had an awesome Aussi host family - and I think it's great to be able to say " I have a second family on the other side of the world"!
I made many good friends over there and soo many new experiences.
Couch surfing was one of them!
I also travelled a lot in Australia by campervan with 3 friends I got to know during my Aupair time, so many adventures, experiences and great fun!

At the moment me and Lucie are studying physiotherapie and we're going to be finished really soon!
That's also where Lucie and I became pretty good friends....
We study together in a small city between Munich and Salzburg (Austria), but our hometown is near Stuttgart.
I think the reason why we get along so well is actually that we both don't speak bavarian although we live in Bavaria right now - and for me myself I hate this accent it sounds horrible haha!! (Just joking that's not the only reason we get along quiet good ;) )
Lucie is really into sport, loves baking and cooking ( with me of course ;) ) and is fun to have around!

Anyways after uni we decided to travel around the world for about 3 months- but we didn't believe in really booking our flights someday! We finally did though!!!!
We're going to fly Germany - Cape Town and travel by bus to Johannesburg, fly to Bangkok and travel to Myanmar and Laos by bus, fly to Sydney and visit my host family , fly to New Zealand and travel around, fly to chile and travel through Peru and Bolivia by bus....and back home.

We want to do this trip using Couchsurfing as many times as possible, because it's much more fun to hang out with locals and get to know their culture and the country better. Just getting a different point of view than tourists!
Of course we'd love to cook some German food for our hosts if they like it!

have been couchsurfing several times in Sydney and Melbourne, every time it was a totally different and absolutely awesome experience!!! :)

Interests

We would love to do some scuba diving and some surfing while our trip, maybe some skydiving or bungee jumping...
At home we love to go skiing in winter and all that water-sports stuff like water skiing, jetski etc. in our summer-holidays.
But we're always keen to try new stuff :D
Of course we also love to go out have a few drinks and show some of our horrible dancing skills :P

We love to get to know people from different countries , their culture and their food!
And ...cooking and baking,Singing( really bad though) sports and of course travelling!

We love music- doesn't matter which type of it :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Holidays in Ibiza,travelling through the states, skydiving( mission beach), helicopter flight through the grand canyon,whalewatching in Eden(nsw,AUS), diving at the great barrier reef, cape tribulation,..
and generally my whole year in Australia!!!
AND of course our couch surfing experiences ;)
