Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since we left California in mid-2017, we've already met so many incredible friends who inspire us to pursue our passions. We're on couchsurfing now to continue meeting likeminded people, trade stories (and recipes!), and generally have a good time. Music, Movies, and Books

We just binge watched all 10 seasons of Friends for the 4th time. On spotty wifi in rural Indonesia. Some may call us weird or crazy. We think it's totally normal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Too many good memories from the last few months of travel; some highlights --
We accidentally climbed the tallest mountain in Northern Africa when we were in Morocco.
In India, we challenged a street vendor to dish up the spiciest chicken fry he had - bad idea.
We drove a rickshaw through a thunderstorm our first night in Sri Lanka and watched lighting strike 4 different telephone poles around us.

I'm a surf instructor and love teaching people how to surf. Also keen on cooking together to learn your favorite dishes and share a few of mine!
