Couchsurfing is a great tool to travel on the cheap and learn from others. I'm always fascinated by how other people live their lives, and love connecting with people.

I have a web design and photography business and I also work as a project manager for a design agency.
Which translate to: I spend a lot of time on the computer. I like to balance that with more tactile creative endeavors like gardening and playing guitar. I also love to sing, read, and write and I *value* my alone time. Traveling is a gentle (and sometimes not so gentle) way of getting out of my comfort zone.

I lived with an ostomy for 15 years!

One amazing thing I didn't do: I was 2 weeks away from starting to hike the Pacific Crest Trail in 2020, but then COVID hit. It's still on my list of things to do.
