ABOUT ME
als een veertje
zwevend zalig
in de wind
I am an Engineering graduate who's worked in the IT industry (surprised?) for 13 years. I quit my job in June 2012 and decided to travel the world for the next year.
Now, I paint, write poems and short stories and exploring the world and the people around me.
I like adventure. I seek pleasure, good company and would love to hear some of your stories.
Tokyo was mind-bogglingly fantastic.
Been to Berlin, Hamburg, the BOOM festival in Portugal, Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Weesp/Amsterdam, Prague, Derry in Northern Ireland, Galway, Dublin, London, Rio de Janeiro, Iguazu Falls, Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Santiago, Valparaiso, Salar de Uyuni, Cusco, Machhu Picchu, Habana, Miami.
I am currently in New York and will be travelling for the next few months in the US and Canada.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Primarily surfing at the moment to meet new people and sharing my experiences and learning from others.
I will host once I settle down somewhere.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first couchsurfing experience with Sebastian was wonderful. Now, Sebastian is one of my closest friends.
I think it was a wonderful start to the whole CS experience.
And every other couchsurfing experience since has been awesome.
Interests
Meeting new people.
I have only met a few and it has been such a wonderful experience.
I paint, write short stories, play the violin and will do just about anything, cause I like learning new things and incorporating them into my life.
