About Me

I've just returned to Europe from a 6 year adventure exploring the world. Just recently decided to try and settle down in Newcastle for a bit. I've got to admit it's hard staying in one place for an extend period of time for me. I've not used couchsurfing for the last 5 years or so, but as I miss meeting new people from different places I'll see if I can host some people when I have the time.

PHILOSOPHY

Life's a peach! I'll just write down a few quotes here that strongley represent how i feel.

-If fate doesn't make you laugh, then you just don't get the joke.
-Gregory David Roberts

-It is the greatest of all mistakes to do nothing because you can only do little. do what you can.
-Sydney Smith

-Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle and the life of that candle will not be shortened. Happines never decreases from being shared
-Gautama Buddha

-Who is the happier man, he who has bared the storm of life and lived. Or he who has stayed securely on shore and merely existed?
-Hunter S. Thompson

-Always do what you are afraid to do.
-Ralph Waldo Emerson

-The very basic core of a man's living spirit is the passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
-Christopher McCandless

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Started by hosting people in my small hometown which isn't that frequently visited. I then surfed a lot in my early days of traveling. Now that my travels are over I'll go back to hosting, now in Newcastle where I've only just recently started living.
