I am an avid traveller and an obsessive reader. love working out, outdoorsy..always looking to spend time amidst nature!.. and im a sucker for local culture... a hard-core foodie!big-time animal lover!!

I have travelled 20-odd countries viz. most of Europe(i was an exchange student in Aix-en-Provence, France), Singapore(went there for a training program) & Nepal(is in my backyard!)... Have hopped around Australia.. will soon be going to Thailand and Hong Kong (may 17)!! I wish to travel to every country by the end of my time in this world.

I am blissfully married to the love of my life, Megha, who is herself a fond traveller (and an accomplished cook) and has spent 7 years studying medicine in europe and absorbing eastern european culture(she has near-native proficiency in russian).

Professionally, I am employed in the Government of India in the Indian Police Service and, as such, am a senior police officer. Done a stint in Special Forces.

To get a chance to meet local people, to experience local culture while moving around the world, to be more than just a tourist. Also to be a part of this amazing worldwide associationistic community of travel & culture bugs.
