What is the true meaning of life? To me it is making the most of your opportunities you get to be happy, and to make the people around you happier while you can.

Hello! I'm Sidney. I recently graduated dentistry in Cluj, Romania. I was born in Israel and raised in Melbourne, Australia, and now I am back home where I was born.

I have always enjoyed meeting people wherever I go; whether it is a conversation with a stranger at a bar, talking to the passengers sitting next to me on an airplane, speaking to my new colleagues at work or at university- I always find something to talk about and share!

I am an easy going guy, I adapt well to my surroundings and I will never get in your way. I do enjoy making the most of my time, and spending the days exploring. At nights, I enjoy a beer and a good bite, and I would be glad to invite anyone who is hosting me out for a drink!

I love sports, good beer, music, walking, travelling, writing and sightseeing- and I am looking forward to sharing great moments with future hosts and surfers- whoever they may be! I love people and I want to make them all happy, smile, or at least show them how to brush their teeth :))

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have travelled alone to many places, and this platform is a wonderful opportunity for me to meet local people in different places, and to get to know them like a local. I am a huge fan of languages and different cultures, and I would love to learn more about all of them!

I am quite busy working most of the time, so hosting is not always possible for me- just ask and I will let you know! I have a beautiful couch that opens into a great double bed in my living room.

I can teach almost anything you want to know! I am a worldly person, I have travelled quite a lot so I can teach about travelling lightly, cheaply and efficiently, without headaches and with no dull moments. I can teach English and/or Hebrew if anybody is interested. I can show you how to brush your teeth correctly and the importance of your teeth as well. Being a gym enthusiast, I can teach you effective exercise techniques and how to be healthy. I can also show you basic excel skills and even how to play the saxophone!

I would love to learn new languages and lifestyles in various places on our wonderful planet.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Great company, a traditional Israeli meal and lots of fun. I enjoy making new friends and I can always accompany my hosts wherever they need to go. As a guest, I can offer my hosts my advise and expertise on health and I can also offer my help with anything they will need. Of course, any host will be welcome in my home and there I will offer them the best experience they will ever get-bars, parks, landmarks, clubs and restaurants.
