About Me
HEY
i am an open minded, easy going and friendly person. I'm really interested in painting, drawing, crochet. And I love the outdoors-beaches, camping, trekking.
I travel to educate myself on people, religions and the world in general!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My best experiences in a new country have been when I am couchsurfing, I love the cultural exchange and I've already connected with so many people and made really good friends around the world!
i prefer the local experience to the touristy one-trying home cooked meals-visiting places locals like to go rather than tourist sites-taking it easy.

What I Can Share with Hosts
So, I really am interested in just connecting with people/making friends and seeing how my CS host lives, what they eat (typical dishes) , where the locals of their country go to enjoy themselves etc, their customs. So please don't ask me to stay with you if you are going to act like my tour guide and run me from temple to museum to temple to big castle to museum to fancy restaurant from 6am to 6pm (this had happened to me a few times) because- although I'm grateful, this is really not my way of traveling. I would rather just drink tea and chat, maybe visit one amazing temple or just wander around a market. One person has said to me that it's a lazy way of travelling-but I usually leave Australia for around 4 or 5 months when I travel, so time is definitely on my side (and usually with a low budget) so I don't feel the need to see every conceivable tourist site in every city.
I can be your friend, very keen to offer a helping hand around the house, talk about life, love and everything in between and of course food/culture.
