Hello! I am a university student currently living in Eugene, Oregon. I study International Relations at the University of Oregon. I love learning about international politics, and am especially interested in food security. This summer I will be wwoofing in Corsica before I begin school as an exchange student in Lyon, France.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be studying in Lyon, France next year and am hoping to travel as much as possible throughout the year. I am on Couchsurfing to connect with people with whom I may be able to stay. I have stayed in hostels in many places around the world, but find that it is not easy to meet local people at hostels. I am looking forward to meeting more local people through Couchsurfing!

Interests

Exploring new places is I enjoy outdoor activities, and pursue them whenever possible! When I visit new cities my favorite thing to do is try local foods.

Music: I love all types of music
Movie: This year I have really enjoyed The Florida Project and Call Me By Your Name. Some of my past favorites are Lion, Moonrise Kingdom, and I really love the Austin Powers films!
Book: The best book I've read recently is The Bean Trees by Barbara Kingslover.
