ABOUT ME

I love nature, hiking, and all art. I love learning new languages and learning about different cultures and meeting all sorts of new people. In 2017, I started my own project leading unique, immersive cultural experiences in Italy called Creative Edge Travel.

I grew up in the Appalachian Mountains and lived in NYC.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am traveling with my boyfriend in Italy and we like to connect with local people and have new experiences. Also, we want to share and exchange culture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first trip to Europe flying from Germany to Spain, I looked down and unexpectedly found the Pyranees mountains below. It took my breath away.
A year later, hiking in the Swiss Alps was also an amazing experience for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think that CS is such a great idea for networking people all over the world. It excites me because the network promotes seeing indivudals as individuals rather than a certain ethnicity which can be stereotyped against. Couchsurfing promotes peace by giving us the opportunity to actually meet those people and put a face to the country which they are from rather than stereotype it.
